GuangDong WoodSun Housewares Co.,Ltd. was established in 2005 and specializes in vacuum stainless steel vacuum flask and tumblers, wooden and marble household products, silicon and plastic items, and small appliances. We operate 8 factories (Including a new-built Malaysian factory which will start production by the end of 2025) covering over 300,000 square meters and employ more than 3,000 workers. Our daily production capacity includes 200,000 vacuum flasks and plastic cups, 100,000 wooden household items, 100,000 plastic and silicone products, and 20,000 small household appliances. Innovation is at the heart of our business philosophy. Our design and R&D team comprises over 300 professionals who develop thousands of new products each year, bringing delightful product experiences to customers worldwide. To promote sustainability and eco-friendliness, we have installed dust collection systems, robotic machinery, and a sewage treatment system. Our compliance with SA8000, ISO9001, ISO14001, RCS, GRS, FSC, EUTR, and BSCI certification standards is a testament to our commitment to quality, social responsibility, and environmental protection. Our product development team consists of over 300 desginers and engineers to facilitate design concepts for our ever growing catalogues. In the team, there are more than 20 senior technicians engaged in the design and development of thermos cups, more than 50 senior technicians for molding and tooling, and more than 20 technicians specialized in product surface treatments; the types of technical talents cover 12 major professional fields of cup and pot design and development, including: Product research/development, process design, hardware mold design and manufacturing, mold design and manufacturing for plastic products, product surface treatment research/development and automation application technology.

Since the establishment of our product development team, our cup and pot development department has successfully completed over 1000 product designs, with 50% of them going into production and achieving strong sales globally. We are continuously improving product development details by stepping up the creation of new products. Our innovative efforts have resulted in 30 national invention patents, over 50 patents on product and mold structure, and more than 400 design patents. We have also successfully obtained customized intellectual property rights for our customers, ensuring the safety and protection of their products during production and sales.
